*PLEASE NOTE: Non-traditional training (modules, correspondence courses, and internet classes) is available primarily to help meet the training needs of caregivers living in rural areas of the state who have limited access to traditional training opportunities (due to distance, limited availability, etc.).
When viewing approved non-traditional training on the website, you'll notice that the number of hours that have been approved varies considerably. Please note that although a training has been approved for a specific number of hours, your Licensing Representative may only apply a certain portion of those approved hours toward your annual training requirements.
Always check with your Licensing Representative when taking modules, correspondence courses and internet classes to verify the number of hours that will count towards meeting your annual training requirements.
